Meet Our Staff
Ivonne joined our hygiene team in 2022. She became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2017 after graduating from Carrington College in San Jose, California. Ivonne loves educating patients and helping them achieve optimum dental health. When she is not busy working, Ivonne enjoys hiking, growing vegetables and raising small farm animals with her husband, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Abbey graduated from our local Dental Hygiene program at North Idaho College. She is eager to uphold high standards of care and implement the dental hygiene code of ethics. Abbey enjoys forming connections with each patient and helping them achieve excellent oral health. She also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, riding her dirt bike, and taking care of her two dogs, Daisy & Millie.
Our support team consists of two groups, chair side dental assistants and front office coordinators. Each of these women has many years experience in dentistry and they are dedicated to helping Dr. Bloom meet her patient's needs and concerns.
Karen, our lead dental assistant, has been in dentistry for 42 years and a part of the practice since back in 1999, when it was previously owned by Dr. Pat Seale. Karen continued on when Dr. Bloom took over in 2001. She is trained in both front and back office duties, but she most enjoys the one on one contact with patients as she assists Dr. Bloom chair side. Karen was raised in New Jersey and Colorado, moving to North Idaho in 1997 with her husband and two children. She enjoys crafting, hunting, fishing and spending time with her grandchildren.
Charlene has over fifteen years dental assisting experience and is a valued member of our back-office team. Patients often compliment her soft voice and gentle demeanor. In addition to being a wife and mother, Charlene enjoys gardening, cooking and performing volunteer work.
Sue is our front office administrator and the practice's Privacy & Security Officer. She is a graduate of Oxnard College, and is currently enrolled at the University of Idaho working towards her advanced degree. Sue has over 35 years of practice management experience, and has worked with Dr. Bloom since 2007. Sue strives to make each patients' experience a positive one. She is an animal lover, and enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with family.
Cassie joined our front office team in 2022, bringing with her 8 years of dental office experience. Cassie loves using her vast knowledge to help meet our patients’ needs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, exploring the outdoors with their dogs, watching hockey, and reading.
